5* service & communication

Took my mum to Makerfield Sofa Centre to purchase a suite. We were left alone to look around the shop, which was very refreshing, good selection of sofas & pictures & absolutely no pressure to purchase. Was told the order would take approx. 9 weeks & less than 7 weeks later, my suite has been delivered.

Fantastic communication from order to delivery. They even moved my old suite into my garage for me after having to remove the feet to get it out the front door, they then took the time to put the feet back on in the garage. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to purchase a new suite. Thank you for everything. 5* service & communication.

This the best place to shop for your home they have beautiful furniture so much so I’m on my second couch from them due to decor change they are very helpful and very friendly nothing is to much for them I would highly recommend this family run business.

Well worth a visit

Had our new 2-seater settee delivered today. Jenny and Paul were a joy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Was able to walk around the showroom at our leisure. Well worth a visit. Would recommend them if you are looking for any new furniture.

Fantastic quality

Absolutely love our new corner couch and ‘Love’ chair from here. Fantastic quality and everyone has commented on how lovely it is. Ordering was really easy and we were given excellent customer care throughout from Jenny and Paul. Answered all of my questions (and there were many!), kept us fully informed about delivery, and when it was in stock, they put no pressure on us to take delivery until we were ready (which we were really grateful for). Would highly recommend Makerfield Sofa Centre and would definitely shop here again.

Well what can I say…..fantastic service, warm welcomed into the shop, nothing at all was too much trouble, delivery was lovely service!! Would highly recommend over any of the big retail shops and quality is amazing! Thank you so much I will be back in for other things
